Moon from Windowsill

Roger Samworth

Too much moon for any sensible DSO observing, but the moon was ideally placed for the Window-Sill-Through-the- Double-Glazing-Observatory!

I hadn't tried imaging the moon before with the 80mm f/5 refractor through the window, so I had a go.

The whole moon was done as a mosaic of 2 images with the PD straight onto the scope, the other two were with a X2 Barlow configured to be X3 with an extension tube.
