M33

17/12/2015

Geoff Dryland

I just managed to get 45 minutes on M33 last night (17/12/2015). I was comparing it with my previous image taken on the Vixen R200SS nearly 3 years ago. So far I think there is an improvement in quality but this is only 45 minutes in luminance so I'll wait till I get more data before commenting further.

Lee, I think there is still a small problem on collimation!! When the stars are magnified up, there is a single spike in N/S but a double E/W.
